The Position

We are seeking an experienced HVAC Pipe Fitter/Foreman to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will possess strong pipe fitting and plumbing expertise and have a proven track record of effectively managing subcontractors and ensuring project completion within deadlines and budget.

Responsibilities

• Provide guidance, mentorship, and training to team members to ensure high-quality workmanship and adherence to safety protocols.
• Plan, schedule, and supervise all phases of HVAC pipefitting projects, ensuring efficient use of resources and adherence to project timelines.
• Conduct regular inspections to ensure work meets industry standards, project specifications, and regulatory requirements.
• Utilize iPad technology to access and review project plans, specifications, and other relevant documentation.
• Proficiently utilize Bluebeam and Procore software systems for project documentation, including plans, drawings, RFIs, and change orders.
• Install, assemble, and maintain piping systems for HVAC projects.
• Perform pressure tests and troubleshooting to ensure system functionality and safety.
• Coordinate the delivery of materials and equipment to job sites.
• Prepare and submit daily reports, timesheets, and project updates to management.
• Enforce strict adherence to safety protocols and OSHA regulations.
• Conduct regular safety meetings and inspections to identify and mitigate potential hazards.
• Collaborate with project managers, engineers, and clients to ensure seamless project execution.
• Maintain clear and effective communication with subcontractors, suppliers, and team members.
• Ensure accurate and up-to-date documentation throughout the project lifecycle, including as-builts and closeout documentation.
  

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent; technical or trade school certification preferred.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in HVAC pipefitting and plumbing.
• Proven leadership skills with the ability to effectively manage and motivate a team.
• Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
• Able to utilize an iPad for daily paperwork to be submitted.
• Proficiency in using Bluebeam and Procore software systems for project management and documentation.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with colleagues, clients, and subcontractors.
  
• Must be able to lift at least 50lbs and stand for long periods of time
  
• Valid driver's license and clean driving record.

Schedule

• 8 Hour Shift
  
  

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: $30 - $50 per hour based on experience
