Job Title : ServiceNow CMDB & ITOM Solutions Architect

Job Type : W2 / C2C / 1099

Experience : 8-12 Years

Location : Tampa, Florida

Responsibilities:

  • Proven experience in implementing ServiceNow ITOM, with a focus on Discovery and Service Mapping.
  • In-depth knowledge of CMDB, including processes, OOB class structure, and CSDM.
  • Strong understanding of the ServiceNow platform, including building new applications, and integrations, and enhancing existing ones.
  • Ability to design solutions for new requirements, integrations, and system enhancements.
  • Experience in identifying and improving gaps in existing ServiceNow solutions.
  • Strong mentorship and team guidance skills.
  • Experience working in large organizations with multiple Service Management tools.
  • Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
  • Certified in CIS Discovery, CIS Service Mapping, and ITIL Certified.
  • Identify gaps in existing ServiceNow implementations, provide recommendations, and execute improvements.
  • Mentor and guide team members, sharing your expertise and knowledge.
  • Manage multiple Service Management tools within a large organizational environment.
  • Collaborate effectively with stakeholders, demonstrating strong management and communication skills.

Qualification:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
