Job Description:
Technical Leadership:
Lead the design and architecture of frontend and mobile applications, ensuring alignment with client requirements and industry best practices.
Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior developers and consultants, fostering a collaborative and growth-oriented environment.
Client Engagement:
Serve as the primary technical consultant for clients, understanding their needs and delivering solutions that address their business challenges.
Conduct client meetings and presentations, effectively communicating technical concepts and project updates.
Development and Implementation:
Develop high-quality, scalable, and maintainable frontend and mobile code using modern technologies and frameworks (e.g., React, Angular, Vue.js, Swift, Kotlin).
Collaborate with UX/UI designers to create intuitive and visually appealing user interfaces.
Ensure the integration of frontend and mobile solutions with backend systems and APIs.
Quality Assurance:
Implement best practices for coding, testing, and deployment to ensure the reliability and performance of applications.

Innovation and Research:
Stay up-to-date with the latest trends, technologies, and best practices in frontend and mobile development.

Qualifications:
degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field; advanced degrees or certifications are a plus.

Experience:
7+ years of experience in frontend and mobile development with a proven track record of successful project delivery.
3+ years of experience in a leadership or consultancy role, with demonstrated expertise in leading technical teams and client engagements.

Technical Skills:
Proficiency in modern frontend frameworks (React, Angular, Vue.js) and mobile development platforms (iOS, Android).
Strong understanding of web technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript) and mobile programming languages (Swift, Kotlin).
Experience with version control systems (e.g., Git) and CI/CD pipelines.

Soft Skills:
Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills with the ability to think critically and adapt to new challenges.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage with clients effectively and team members.
Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and deliver results under tight deadlines.
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience with cloud services (e.g., AWS, Azure) and serverless architectures.
Familiarity with agile development methodologies and project management tools.
Contributions to open-source projects or technical communities.
