Responsibilities:

• Dive into the action by assisting in the setup and preparation of construction sites, laying the groundwork for greatness.
• Pour, spread, and sculpt concrete with finesse, transforming raw materials into works of art that stand the test of time.
• Help assemble and disassemble concrete forms, ensuring every detail is in place for a seamless finish.
• Master the tools of the trade, from trowels to jackhammers, as you craft concrete creations that exceed expectations.
• Keep the job site clean and organized, because a tidy workspace is the canvas for creativity.
• Prioritize safety above all else, following protocols and procedures (both OSHA and Z CON) to ensure a secure working environment.
• Work closely with your fellow craftsmen, lending a hand and sharing ideas to bring projects to life.

Requirements:

• Previous experience as a Concrete Laborer or similar role is a plus, but a passion for craftsmanship and a willingness to learn are essential.
• Knowledge of concrete pouring and finishing techniques, or a hunger to master these skills under the guidance of our seasoned team.
• Physical stamina and strength to handle the demands of the job, lifting and maneuvering heavy materials with ease.
• Excellent communication skills and a team player mentality, because collaboration is key to our success.
• Willingness to work outdoors in all kinds of weather, because our projects don't wait for perfect conditions.
• A valid driver's license and reliable transportation to get you to and from the job site.
