Required Skill Set
● Oracle CDM BSA who can design an overall solution architecture and product-specific configurations to create sustainable mature solutions for our clients.
● Execute projects where CX products are either part of a multi-pillar implementation or they make up the whole solution.
● Define and help develop required product extensions, integrations, and reporting to drive delivery of services.
● Develop L1, L2, and L3 flows to describe and standardize business processes-related to Customer/Supplier data hub.
● Experience in implementation projects. Working with large and diverse teams in multiple locations
● Manage project escalations independently and raise issues to executive management as appropriate.
● Experience in Documentation and Workflows
