RESPONSIBILITIES


70% Front End Development

  • Develop and maintain user interfaces using .NET front-end frameworks (ASP.NET, Blazor, etc.).
  • Implement design mockups or wireframes into functional interfaces efficiently and accurately.
  • Write clean, efficient code in C# or VB.NET, adhering to coding standards and best practices.
  • Optimize front-end code for performance and scalability.
  • Test, debug, and ensure high-quality software releases.
  • Integrate front-end components with back-end services and databases effectively.

20% Documentation & Process Improvement

  • Develop and maintain comprehensive documentation for front-end code, including architecture diagrams, API documentation, and coding standards.
  • Establish and enforce coding standards, best practices, and guidelines for front-end development within the team.
  • Collaborate with team members to streamline development processes and workflows, identifying areas for improvement.
  • Implement tools and automation to enhance productivity and efficiency in front-end development tasks.
  • Conduct regular code reviews and audits to ensure adherence to documentation and process standards.
  • Provide training and support to team members on documentation practices and process improvements.
  • Continuously evaluate and optimize development processes to increase efficiency and quality of deliverables.

10% Collaborator & Innovator

  • Foster a positive team environment and promote collaboration among team members.
  • Actively participate in team meetings, brainstorming sessions, and code reviews.
  • Share knowledge and best practices with team members to enhance collective expertise.
  • Contribute ideas and suggestions for process improvements, innovation, and optimization.
  • Stay updated on emerging technologies and industry trends to suggest innovative solutions and approaches.
Requirements:

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Proficiency in .NET front-end development frameworks such as ASP.NET, Blazor, or others.
  • Strong understanding of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
  • Experience with jQuery for DOM manipulation and event handling.
  • Competence in C# or VB.NET programming languages.
  • Familiarity with back-end integration using RESTful APIs or similar methods.
  • Knowledge of version control systems, preferably Git.
  • Experience with responsive web design principles and cross-browser compatibility.
  • Ability to write clean, maintainable code adhering to coding standards.
  • Understanding of web performance optimization techniques.
  • Excellent problem-solving and debugging skills.
  • Strong collaboration and communication skills to work effectively within a team.
  • Continuous learning mindset to stay updated on emerging technologies and best practices in front-end development.
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field (preferred but not required).
  • Previous experience in Agile development methodologies (optional).

  • Begin documenting best practices related to the chosen specialization.

First 90 Days

  • Mentor junior developers and assist with their onboarding.
  • Lead initiatives to improve development processes.
  • Actively participate in team meetings and discussions.
  • Refine specialized skills and stay updated on emerging technologies.
  • Take ownership of a significant project or feature.
  • Collaborate closely with project managers and stakeholders.
  • Demonstrate initiative and proactively identify areas for improvement.
  • Provide leadership and support throughout the project lifecycle.
