We are seeking an individual with basic kitchen and bath design knowledge, 1 or more years of experience in residential remodeling/custom home building is a plus.

Responsibilities include:

  • Assist in drafting floor plans, elevations, and perspectives for Interior Sales.
  • Design: Provide selection assistance of materials for prospective clients when necessary.
  • Assist in creating "Picture Books" for designed projects.
  • Gather material quotes for design projects as instructed.
  • Assist in assembling pricing submission proposal folders for designed projects.
  • Assist the Lead Design Engagement Specialist with administrative tasks as assigned.
  • Participate in client meetings as requested.
  • Staff, setup, break down, and set appointments at events, community days, and home shows.
  • Regular attendance and punctuality are required.
  • Operates safely in all conditions.
  • Other duties and projects as assigned.
  • Follows company policies and procedures.
Qualifications:
  • High School Diploma or equivalent required; related Bachelor's Degree preferred.
  • Previous design experience with construction remodeling projects or custom homes is a plus.
  • 1+ Years of 20-20 design experience preferred.
  • 1+ Years of residential construction preferred.
  • Passion and expertise for interior design.
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite.
  • The ability to seek out, accept and integrate leadership feedback.
  • Experience in resolving problems that arise during the project construction.
  • Excellent Verbal and Written Skills.
  • Professional attitude and appearance.
  • Must be authorized to work in the United States.
