How You Will Make an Impact: The Supervisor, Patient Accounts Receivable at CCRM oversees the Patient Account Receivable Representatives team on the Revenue Cycle Management Team. As the Supervisor, you lead a dynamic team, ensuring the highest customer service standards while adhering to regulatory and internal guidelines. With a focus on coaching and development, you supervise staff, troubleshoot claim issues, and identify areas for process improvements. This role contributes to the efficiency and compliance of CCRM’s revenue cycle financial operations, making a significant impact on the organization’s success.

What You Will Do: Oversee the accounts receivable team for all charges for designated payors. Processes all correspondence received from insurers, including appeals for additional reimbursement, posting payments, and follow-ups on receivables.

  • Maintains and reconciles accounts receivable work list to insure accurate and timely receipt of payments.
  • Monitors collection period and sends follow-up inquiries regarding payments for the organization.
  • Negotiates with past-due accounts to resolve all payment issues in a timely manner.
  • Implements standard operating procedures to assure compliance with internal accounting policies and controls.
  • Generates reports to bring insight into collections, account ages, and other relevant metrics and relays conclusions to management.
  • Recruits, interviews, hires, and trains accounts receivable team.
  • Provides teammemebers constructive and timely performance feedback.
  • Handles discipline and termination of employees in accordance with Company policies.
  • Other duties as assigned

What You Bring:

  • Three to five years of experience in the healthcare industry, with at least two years of responsibility for accounts receivable.
  • Two to three years of supervisory experience with demonstrated ability to provide direction and leadership to staff.
  • Proven analytical, research and evaluation skills required to make recommendations and implement operational improvement strategies as part of a cohesive team.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills

CCRM’s Compensation: The salary range represents the national average compensation for this position. The base salary offered will vary based on location, experience, skills, and knowledge. The pay range does not reflect the total compensation package. Our rewards may include an annual bonus, flexible work arrangements, and many other region-specific benefits.
