Responsibilities
  • Prepare food truck for service
  • Cook menu items in cooperation consistent with the store
  • Comply with nutrition and sanitation regulations and safety standards
  • Maintain a positive and professional approach with fellow line cooks, cashiers and customers
  • Break down/clean truck and prepare it for next day service
Skills
  • Ability to drive heavy duty pick up truck with attached food truck trailer in tight spaces
  • Proven cooking experience, including experience as a line cook/fry cook
  • Basic understanding of various cooking methods, ingredients, equipment and procedures
  • Accuracy and speed in executing assigned tasks
  • Familiar with industrys best practices
  • Minimum 1 year cooking experience preferred but not required
Requirements
  • Must have experience to pull an 18' food truck trailer
  • Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs.
  • Must be able to easily go up and down steps.
  • Must be able to move/walk quickly for up to 10 hours per shift.

Cooks- must be able to drive larger pickup truck with attached trailer and maneuver in and out of tight spaced, preferred restaurant line cook experience, food truck experience is a bonus but not required. $18/hr
