Job Brief

We are looking for a full time and part time Cashier/Barista's to run the Front of House at our cafe. The ideal candidate should be calm, flexible, and able to work through high-volume lines while providing the best customer service possible. This position is Monday through Friday 7 am until 2 pm. Most weekends and all major holidays are off. Overtime is available for special events. 

Responsibilities

• Handle monetary transactions
• Stocking beverage coolers and snack displays daily
• Inform management of low stock items for re-order
• Keep the service area and dining room clean and tidy
• Light food prep including wrapping baked goods, preparing grab and go items, ect.
• Keep all equipment clean and free of debris during daily cleaning
• Friendly and professional customer service
• Helping team members and training new staff
• Answering customer questions
  
• Follow all health and safety guidelines
• Any other tasks required by management

Requirements:

• Must be able to work 35 hours/week
• Must be legally authorized to work in the United States and provide proof of identification
• Excellent kitchen administration knowledge and ability to work as part of a team
  
• Strong organization and active listening skills
• The ability to work on your feet for most of the day and lift 30 pounds at a time
• Exceptional time management skills
• Experience in the food service industry
