Job Summary
We are seeking a Direct Support Professional to join our team. In this role, you will make a difference in the lives of people with disabilities by enhancing their quality of life. The ideal candidate is patient, compassionate, and reliable.

Qualifications
  • Previous experience as a DSP Home Health Aide, or similar role is preferred
  • First aid and CPR-certified
  • Ability to adhere to all health and safety guidelines
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to lift heaving objects
  • Compassionate, respectful, ethical
  • Valid VA drivers license
  • at least 1 year experience working with individuals with Developmental Disabilities.
