Responsibilities

As the AVP of UWM Sales, you will be responsible for leading at least 5 Team Leads and their Account Executives. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving AE production, assisting in all coaching opportunities, pushing a strong effort on the floor, growing the sales team, and creating new startegies for our AE's.

• Demonstrating a high level professionalism and leadership on the sales floor

• Coaching up new and seasoned Account Executives on the sales floor including AE Team Leaders

• Working with other business areas within the company to maintain and improve internal processes

• Meeting with Brokers for Success Track and attending Broker Visits

• Working with Key Accounts to increase production

• Conducting monthly Your Times with team members

• Monitoring performance of a team of Account Executives and while maintaining personal production

• Traveling as required

• Attending conventions and meetings as required

Qualifications

Must Have Qualifications:

• Must currently be an AE Team Lead with a proven track record of success with our AE metrics and with optimizing loans submitted
• Currently have been in the AE Team Lead role for at least 12-24 months
• Onsite attendance is required
