About job:

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Communications Coordinator to join our team. As the Communications Coordinator, you will be responsible for coordinating various internal and external communication efforts and ensuring the consistency and effectiveness of our messaging. The ideal candidate will have excellent written and verbal communication skills, a keen eye for detail, and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously. Salary Range:

$1100 - $1450 per week

Job: Full time

Location: Dallas, TX

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement communication strategies to effectively convey key messages to internal and external audiences
  • Create and distribute internal communications materials, such as newsletters and memos, to keep employees informed and engaged
  • Assist in the development and execution of public relations initiatives and media outreach efforts
  • Monitor and manage the company's social media channels, including crafting and scheduling posts and responding to comments and inquiries
  • Help coordinate and promote company events, including trade shows, conferences, and webinars
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure consistency of brand messaging across all communication channels
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in communications, marketing, or a related field
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in a communications or marketing role
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to craft clear and concise messages
  • Strong attention to detail and the ability to proofread and edit content for accuracy and consistency
  • Proficiency in social media platforms and the ability to effectively manage and engage with online communities
  • Strong organizational and project management skills, with the ability to prioritize and meet deadlines
