**Position Overview:**
We are looking for an enthusiastic and experienced Coffee Barista who is passionate about coffee and customer service. The ideal candidate will have a deep knowledge of coffee brewing techniques, an eye for detail, and a warm, engaging personality.

**Key Responsibilities:**
- Prepare and serve a variety of coffee drinks, including espresso, cappuccinos, lattes, and other specialty beverages.
- Operate and maintain coffee equipment, including espresso machines and grinders.
- Ensure the cleanliness and organization of the coffee bar area.
- Provide excellent customer service, addressing customer needs and preferences.
- Educate customers on different coffee varieties and brewing methods.
- Handle cash transactions accurately and efficiently.

**Qualifications:**
- Previous barista experience is not required but would be preferred.
- Knowledge of coffee brewing techniques and equipment.
- Excellent customer service and communication skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Attention to detail and a passion for quality.
- Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays.

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-oriented individual to provide Help at the kiosks. In this position, you will be the first point of contact for customers and help them navigate their selection. Your role is essential to ensure that our customers have a smooth, efficient, and satisfactory experience while using our kiosks.

**Key Responsibilities:**
- Provide first-level contact and problem resolution for kiosk users.
- Diagnose and resolve technical hardware and software issues.
- Guide users through step-by-step solutions and processes.
- Monitor kiosk performance and regularly perform maintenance checks.
