Responsibilities 
  • Prepares payoff checks for new vehicles and trade ins
  • Bills out all retail deals and prepares Certificates of Origin
  • Ensures that all trade-in paperwork is completed properly
  • Various reporting requirements including schedule reconciliations.
  • Other tasks as assigned
  • This role is everyday including Saturday and one day off in the week
  • Process all new and used vehicles for registration in the state in which they will be title.
  • Prepare necessary paperwork for submission to the DMV Agency (It's Easy)
  • Check all paperwork for correct title and lien information.
  •  
Qualifications
  • Minimum of 1 year experience as an automotive billing clerk
  • Must have experience with CDK
  • Must have knowledge of Microsoft office, including experience with Excel
  • Ideal candidate must be highly organized
  • Must possess excellent communication skills
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced team environment
