TIG Welder

Munson Boats is currently seeking an experienced Aluminum TIG welder to join our team in our custom boat shop located in Burlington. The ideal candidate will have proficiency in aluminum welding techniques, with a focus on pipe work, tanks, and specialty parts fabrication.

Responsibilities:

• Perform TIG welding on aluminum components to fabricate specialty parts for boats.
• Interpret engineering drawings and specifications to produce precise welds.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure the timely completion of projects.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area to ensure safety and efficiency.
• Adhere to quality standards and procedures to deliver high-quality products.

Requirements:

• Proven experience as an aluminum TIG welder, preferably in a custom fabrication or marine industry.
• Proficiency in TIG welding techniques, particularly with aluminum materials.
• Ability to interpret engineering drawings and specifications.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to producing quality work.
• Positive attitude and willingness to work as part of a team.
• Certification in welding or relevant training is a plus.
