As the Disposition Agent, you will be responsible for ensuring the timely and effective disposition of real estate properties through the use of various marketing and sales techniques. The role involves managing a portfolio of properties, analyzing market trends, and building relationships with potential buyers to ensure successful sales transactions. The key to being successful in this role is to communicate well, build rapport, and be able to negotiate a sale.

Position:

  • Full-time
  • 90% Remote


Responsibilities:

  • Present and sell investment opportunities to Real Estate Investors.
  • Outbound prospecting 50+ calls per day.
  • Manage a database of prospects and clients.
  • Provide daily reporting of sales activities to management.
  • Answer calls from potential buyers, schedule and track home tour appointments.
  • Report on the progress and keep track of the KPIs on the scorecard.
  • Communicate effectively and build rapport with owners/point of contacts of property.

  • Make recommendations for improvements within your work role.
  • Communicate early and often - communicate, communicate, communicate


Qualifications:

  • Clean background check required.
  • Valid drivers license required.
  • Background of success in real estate sales, preferred.
  • Must be extremely proficient in selling over the phone.
  • Real Estate License is NOT required.
  • Must have exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
  • Must be comfortable speaking over the phone with superior phone skills to set and close appointments.
  • Excellent negotiation and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently as well as part of a team, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Commitment to providing exceptional customer services.
  • Proficiency in real estate software, CRM systems, etc.
  • Strong understanding of local real estate markets, pricing dynamics, and investment strategies.
  • Excellent work ethic and grit - get the job done right.
  • Must work with integrity - take pride in your workmanship.
  • Must work with intentionality - be committed to quality and customer service.
  • Strong attention to detail.
  • Must be accountable and dependable.


Compensation:

  • $925 Bi-weekly + 6% commission on net profit.
  • First three months $1,615 biweekly salary.
  • Estimate $93,000 per year.
