How You’ll Make an Impact:

As an X-Ray Tech, you’ll play an important role in supporting our providers and delivering care to patients. You’ll work directly with patients to clearly and compassionately explain the procedure while assisting them in positioning for the exam. You’ll perform imaging tests as ordered by the provider, and deliver high quality imaging to aid the provider in making a diagnosis. When no X-rays are needed, you’ll be working in tandem with our medical assistants to assist our patients and providers. The ideal candidate will have a compassionate nature, strong administrative skills, and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment. As an X-Ray Tech, you will play a crucial role in supporting the smooth operation of our clinics.

In this role you’ll get to:
  • Perform imaging tests for patients.
  • Provide reassurance and support to patients throughout the procedure.
  • Maintain X-Ray safety protocols and standards.
  • Ensure that test and imaging quality is optimal so that the provider can properly make a diagnosis.
  • Warmly greet and assist patients, ensuring they feel welcome and comfortable.
  • Efficiently manage patient check-in and check out processes alongside MA’s, including verifying insurance and collecting co-payments.
  • Appropriately adjust medical records in the EMR.
  • Assist physicians during examinations and procedures.
  • Demonstrate empathy and compassion in handling patient concerns and inquiries.

What we’re looking for:
  • People with compassionate and patient-focused attitudes.
  • Current limited X-ray certificate.
  • Digital Radiography Certification.
  • CPR certification.
  • Spanish language skills are a plus.
  • Comfort using technology including EMR systems.

Compensation details:

You can expect a competitive hourly pay ranging from $24 - $28 per hour based on relevant experience, knowledge, and other key qualities. We also offer a comprehensive benefits package including medical and dental benefits, vision benefits, PTO, and 401k contributions.
