We are looking for a skilled Powder Coater to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience working with light and medium-grade sheet metal and tube steel.

Responsibilities:

Apply powder coating to various metal components with precision and consistency.
Monitor mil thickness during the powder application process to ensure quality standards are met.
Perform basic maintenance on powder coat guns to keep them in optimal condition.
Assist in cleaning parts and removing them from racks as needed.
Work efficiently in a batch production environment without the use of automated lines.

Requirements:
Must have a driver's license.
Must be bilingual.
High school diploma or equivalent.
Previous experience in powder coating, with knowledge of mil thickness monitoring.
Familiarity with basic powder coat gun maintenance.
Ability to work effectively in a team and follow instructions accurately.
Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
Flexibility to assist in other tasks as required in a fast-paced manufacturing setting.
Reliable and punctual.

Pay: $18.00 - $20.00 per hour

Schedule: Monday – Friday, 6:30am – 2:45pm
