  • Identify where processes can be improved or added to enhance the efficiency, quality, and mindset of your team

This is a remote position open to applicants within the United States. This role is not eligible for visa transfer, sponsorship (H1b), or corp-to-corp (C2C).Requirements
  • You hold a degree in computer science or have related background experience
  • You are able to utilize and navigate the following tech stack to create, test, implement, and maintain sound software solutions

  • You bring more than 5 years of industry experience with your most recent experience in a lead capacity
  • You have come from an engineering background yourself and bring a broad understanding of the day-to-day faced by engineering teams
  • You have empathy for engineers and balance that with the expectations of company leadership and industry standards
  • You interface well with other business units and leadership, being able to describe situations and technical approaches to foster an environment of trust and confidence.
  • You have demonstrated software delivery experience with a distributed product and engineering team
  • You can work in a fast-paced software release environment, where you continuously deliver exceptional software daily for a system with millions of users around the world
  • You have contributed to the full software development life cycle, including writing application code, unit/integration/automation tests, documentation, and performance engineering and security

Compensation: $60HR+, plus full benefits, DOE
This role is a 100% remote, contract role. This contract is expected to last 6+ months as a W-2 employee, with the potential for anextension depending on budget, performance, and team needs.
