Your Role as a Pediatric Speech Therapist Assistant:
As a Pediatric Speech Therapist Assistant, you will provide exceptional therapy interventions to help children achieve functional goals and grow. You will work collaboratively with other healthcare providers to deliver quality therapy services and educate patients, families, and caregivers on supporting the clients we serve.
Expectations:
- Maintain 95% positive customer satisfaction in surveys
- Achieve 80% of proposed goals by re-evaluation
- Fulfill 100% of billable hours as per individual employment agreements
- Ensure 90% or higher attendance rate per scheduled hours
- Complete 100% of daily documentation within 24 hours of seeing the patient
- Assist with the finalization all evaluations, re-evaluations, and progress documentation within 48-72 hours of patient visits
Qualifications:
- College degree and active SLPA license
- Minimum of 2 years' experience (pediatric speech and language pathology assistant experience is a plus)
