We are seeking a skilled and experienced Crane Service Technician to join Illinois Electric Works. If you have a strong mechanical knowledge, excellent customer service skills, and a passion for problem-solving, we want to hear from you

Duties:
- Perform diagnostics to identify issues and determine appropriate repair solutions
- Conduct repairs and maintenance on heavy equipment
- Conduct inspections and preventative maintenance
- Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient workflow and timely completion of repairs
- Provide exceptional customer service by addressing client concerns and answering questions


Requirements:

Qualifications:

  • HS Diploma or equivalent required, futher degree a plus
  • 2+ years of experience working with industrial equipment, including cranes and hoists
  • Strong diagnostic and troubleshooting skills for electric equipment
  • Ability to work unsupervised
  • Able to work alone, at heights up to 50 ft.
  • Proficiency in operating cranes, hoists, and other relevant equipment
