We have partnered with a growing global manufacturing company on bringing in a Finance Manager to join their team. This person will have cross-functional accounting and finance responsibilities and will have oversight of a smaller global team. The company is notable for its company culture, and its growth opportunities for employees.Responsibilities:
- Manages monthly financial close process, ensuring compliance of all financial regulatory pronouncements
- Drives annual audit and quarterly review process in partnership with external auditors
- Leads AP and AR teams
- Implements accounting policies & procedures
- Responsible for approval of journal entries while ensuring proper accounting guidelines per GAAP and of financial statements
- Leads balance sheet reviews, monthly close calls, and prepare & communicate month end financial reporting findings
Qualifications:
- Bachelors in Accounting or Finance required, MBA preferred
- At least 7 years of managerial finance/accounting experience
- Experience in manufacturing a must
- Global experience
