Position Summary:

Landsea Homes is seeking a Marketing Assistant to join in supporting our dynamic marketing team. This position will report to the Arizona Division Director of Marketing and is responsible for ensuring our marketing tactics and strategies are in line with our company’s brand standards across all web, social, and physical media.

Responsibilities:

  • Assist the Director of Marketing with administrative tasks such as reporting, project management, updating spreadsheets, and research.
  • Partner with our Landsea Homes marketing team to design captivating company collateral, presentations, and miscellaneous projects.
  • Nurture relationships with the company’s signage, marketing, and PR trade partners, guaranteeing timely and high-quality deliverables.
  • Ensure company press releases are current across Landsea Homes’ website and social media platforms.
  • Assist in maintaining and enhancing the Landsea Homes website to drive increased platform engagement.
  • Explore new marketing tactics and present innovative ideas to the Director of Marketing.
  • Collaborate with our marketing teams to drive our presence and increase engagement across social media platforms.
  • Perform competitive market analysis to maintain knowledge of competitor strategies, tactics, and campaigns and provide insights to our internal marketing teams.
  • Assist with additional marketing-related projects and tasks, as required.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, advertising, or equivalent is preferred.
  • Minimum 1 year of experience in marketing or administration, preferably within the new home building industry.
  • Proficiency with various social media platforms, Adobe Creative Suite, and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Highly organized, detail-oriented, and the ability to manage multiple projects and deliverables in a dynamic environment.
  • Strong communication skills and comfortable communicating cross-functionally with internal and external business partners.

Physical Requirements:

This is primarily a sedentary position, but some field activities may include walking on un-graded sites or general site field reviews. May be required to occasionally bend, stoop, reach, lift, move and carry office materials and supplies weighing 25 pounds or less. Finger dexterity is required to operate a computer keyboard. This position requires public contact, as such, appropriate business apparel and professional appearance is expected.

Travel Requirements:

Occasional travel may be required. A valid driver’s license and active vehicle insurance is required at all times.
