TakoSushi is seeking experienced Sushi Chefs to join our new location in Greenville, SC

Position Responsibilities:

Cutting, slicing and filleting different types of fish and vegetables
Inspecting the quality of product used to prepare sushi dishes
Preparing various types of sushi dishes according to established guidelines
Maintaining a clean work environment
Sterilizing all utensils, instruments, and equipment used in sushi preparation before every use
Greeting and having guest interaction
Other duties as assigned

Requirements

Prior sushi experience is mandatory.
Preference will be given to candidates with at least 1 year of restaurant experience.
Applicants must demonstrate dependability, have open availability, and show a strong drive to succeed.
Minimum age requirement is 18 years.
Should excel in a fast-paced environment.
Open availability
Knowledge of Food and Health codes is considered an advantage.
Ability to stand for extended periods of time is necessary.
