We are currently seeking passionate and dedicated ABA (Applied Behavior Analysis) staff to join our dynamic team in a year-round special education program located in Hudson, MA. Our mission is to make a positive impact on the lives of students with special needs by providing high-quality education and support.

Position Overview: As an ABA Staff member, you will play a crucial role in our special education program, working closely with students who have a range of developmental disabilities. You will implement individualized behavior intervention plans, support students in developing essential skills, and collaborate with a team of educators and specialists to create a nurturing and effective learning environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Implement ABA techniques and strategies to support student learning and behavior goals.
  • Work one-on-one or in small groups with students to provide direct instruction and support.
  • Collect and analyze data on student progress and behavior.

Qualifications:

  • Experience working with children with developmental disabilities, preferably in a school setting.
  • Knowledge of ABA principles and techniques.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively as part of a multidisciplinary team.
