Job DescriptionJob DescriptionSalary:

Due to continued growth, we are looking for an experienced and motivated CNC Operator for our Houston manufacturing facility.  This is a fantastic opportunity for an individual meeting these requirements: 


  • The ideal candidate will have experience operating Haas CNC Lathe with live tooling. 
  • Changing jaws as necessary for the proper work holding of raw material.
  • Uploading and executing the provided CNC programs to produce parts in line with engineering drawing tolerances.
  • Logging and recording dimensions as needed.
  • De-burring parts as and when necessary.
  • CAD/CAM: Familiarity with CAD/CAM software is a bonus, though it isn't a strict requirement.
  • Making necessary adjustments to offsets as required.
  • Ensuring the traceability of machined parts by engraving the required information.
  • Inspecting the manufactured parts to ensure they meet the drawing specifications.
  • Installing and teaching the appropriate tooling as per the setup sheet.
  • Knowledge of cutting tools, fixtures, tool holders and other accessories
  • Reading, numeracy, and English language skills for effective oral and written communication
  • Ability to work independently or as part of a team
  • Knowledge of lean manufacturing principles (5S) advantageous
  • Ability to work on own initiative and self-motivated
  • Desire to learn
