Position Summary:

Cycle Counter will count our product (inventory) which contains nuts and bolts to track chains row by row.

Essential Functions:

Perform cycle counts as per the daily requirements and investigate discrepancies as they arise

Monitor and control inventory stocks to ensure inventory is properly located within the warehouse.

Research, document and resolve inventory discrepancies using all available resources. Notify Supervisor of discrepancies.

Responsible for driving a picker truck as necessary

Is punctual and consistently available for work.

Perform other general warehouse duties and responsibilities as required.

Work in a safe manner, follow all safety rules and report any potential safety hazards to management.

Verify incoming vendor receipts against the vendor packing list and system purchase order.

Ensure vendor receipts are stocked in proper location.

Maintain all client information which may be encountered either directly or indirectly while in the performance of the job in strict confidence in accordance with HIPAA and/or any other pertinent confidentiality regulations.

Other duties as assigned.

Document daily shipments and deliveries to replenish inventory.

Create detailed reports for adjustments, inventory operations, and stock levels.

Evaluate new inventory, ensuring its ready to ship.

Properly order new supplies avoiding excessive surplus or inefficiencies

Analyze various suppliers to ensure the company is receiving the best cost-effective deals.

Hire and train new employees.

Responsible for maintaining a clean and organized workspace and focus on safety.

High School Diploma or equivalent is preferred

Experience or license in handling forklifts.

Basic math skills.

High level of attention to detail and accuracy.

Basic problem-solving knowledge.

Ability to prioritize work and multi-task in a fast-paced manufacturing environment

Must be able to read, write and speak English
