Job Description: We are seeking a skilled CNC bender to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience operating and maintaining CNC bending machines to produce high-quality parts. The candidate should be able to read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and engineering drawings. The candidate should also have strong mechanical aptitude and excellent attention to detail.
Responsibilities:
  • Operate and maintain CNC bending machines to produce high-quality parts.
  • Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and engineering drawings.
  • Set up and adjust machines to ensure proper performance.
  • Monitor machines during operation to detect any malfunctions or defects.
  • Inspect finished products to ensure they meet quality standards.
  • Troubleshoot and repair machines as needed.
  • Maintain a clean and safe work environment.
Qualifications:
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Experience operating CNC bending machines.
  • Ability to read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and engineering drawings.
  • Strong mechanical aptitude.
  • Excellent attention to detail.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Good communication skills.
