Job DescriptionJob DescriptionSwitch Crew PDQ Staffing is currently recruiting for Switch Crew. This is a temp to hire position. A self-motivated person who will take the initiative in keeping up with the needs of the company requirements. ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS AND REQUIREMENTS - Forklift operation, including an Overhead Crane if possible
- Able to lift more up to 50lbs (occasionally)
- Must be in good physical fit
- Requires a lot of walking
- Overhead Crane/Forklift Experience
- Clean & organize warehouse locations
- Communicate on the radio
- Install pallet racking, shelving & cantilever racks
- Must be willing to work an environment that can be hot/cold, dirty and dusty.
- Must be ok working Day shift-6 days a week 10 hours shifts including Saturdays.
- Must be clean-shaven always.
- Must be prepared to retake PFT (pulmonary function test) and pass.
