Job DescriptionJob DescriptionAs a Clinic Medical Director, you will be a key leader in a dedicated team of clinicians committed to delivering exceptional patient care. You will facilitate efficient center operations by balancing patient care and leadership responsibilities. This role offers a unique opportunity to impact the health of America's workforce directly.

Qualifications:

  • Medical degree from an accredited university
  • Valid MD license in California (CA)
  • Board Certification in Family Medicine, Occupational Medicine, Preventive Medicine, Internal Medicine, Emergency Medicine, or PM&R
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in Family Practice, Occupational Medicine, Internal Medicine, or Emergency Department (ED)
  • Unrestricted DEA license
  • Eligibility to participate in Medicare

Schedule:

  • Full-time, Monday to Friday, 8 to 5
  • No nights, weekends, or holidays
  • 90% clinical, 10% administrative

Responsibilities:

  • Manage patient care and clinical operations
  • Implement clinical model playbook
  • Ensure accurate records and billing
  • Develop and mentor clinical staff
  • Maintain compliance with regulations
