Role: Wireless Mobility warehouse production Supervisor
Location: Las Vegas, NV
Duration: 6 months
This can go to contract to hire also
Required Skills:
- Knowledge of iOS
- Android, KME
- ABM and MDM platform configurations for medium to large forward logistics/kitting activities
- The role is to work within a warehouse environment, setting up a "production line" of devices e.g. Apple iPhone/iPads, Android, or routers (Cradlepoint, InHand).
- Configure these devices from removing devices from OEM boxes/packaging, following work instructions to apply settings on to the devices.
- This individual would supervise a small team performing these tasks.
- This person should have performed these type of tasks before, know mobility technology "well", i.e. understand various concepts of Mobile Device Management platforms (Jamf, Samsung Knox Manage, Workspace ONE, etc.).
- Be able to provide feedback on work instructions (kitting steps) to engineers that wrote the instructions -- or even take initiative to rewrite steps or validation steps and collaboarate suggestions with various stakeholders.
- Teach, demonstrate work instructions to team identified to perform task(s).
- Experience working within a ERP system (Oracle NetSuite experience desired) to fetch new work orders, update records when completed.
- Experience with Microsoft technologies, Word, Excel, Teams.
