Job DescriptionJob Description

We are in the process of staffing a Virtual Assistant where a client needs someone to handle the following responsibilities. If you are interested, please complete the Virtual Assistant application. Key Responsibilities

  • Manage weekly podcasts
    • Manage the schedule
    • Act as the point of contact for the guests
    • Gather bio, headshot, etc.
    • Edit the podcast
    • Take short clips / audiograms and put on various platforms
  • Assist with various organizational tasks
  • Jump in with other ad hoc tasks / projects as needed
  • Platforms:
    • Autopod
    • Premier Pro
    • Spotify
    • Apple
    • YouTube
    • TikTok
    • Instagram

Requirements

  • Experience in podcasts: Must have solid experience in podcasts.
  • Knowledge / interest in eating clean / clean lifestyle.
  • Attention to Detail: Must have a meticulous approach to ensure accuracy in all aspects of work.
  • Deadline Oriented: Must be able to meet deadlines.
  • Self-Starter Attitude: Must be a proactive individual who can work independently and take initiative in a remote work environment.
  • Ability to work a minimum of 10 hours per week.
