85k to 95k plus Bonus potential 20%

Job Duties/Responsibilities:

· Develop short-term engineering solutions for rotating and fixed equipment to improve the life cycle and equipment reliability

· Implement Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and Reliability Performance Indicators

· Lead Failure Mode and Effects Analysis and other Reliability Centered Maintenance (RCM) efforts

· Lead reliability programs and work closely with Operations, Maintenance, and Engineering to prioritize and schedule work

· Serve on teams and committees on assigned projects

· Support the implementation of reliability efforts, mechanical integrity, PSM, and Safety Audit Action Items

· Champion the Preventive and predictive (PM/PdM) Maintenance of plant equipment

· Maintain and publish monthly equipment KPI reports

· Investigate downtime/failures, assist in the identification of root causes, and development and implementation of technical solutions

Qualifications

Required Qualifications:

· BS in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering

· 3+ Years of equipment maintenance and troubleshooting in the chemical industry

· Working knowledge of equipment design, function, regulatory requirements, and PSM – Mechanical Integrity

· Understanding of welding principles

· Failure analysis training FMEA or RCFA

Preferred Qualifications:

 

· Working knowledge of both fixed and rotating equipment

· Maintenance and Reliability strategies
