  • Team is very open & helpful to group work and helping incomer with ramping up.
Typical Task Breakdown:
  • Look at all customer events coming into system and do assessments to determine the risk level the customer has.
  • Block certain actions from them / Block certain benefits
  • Present notification to customer when necessary through email or in-app messaging.
  • This team is more focused on the Back-End Infrastructure Side.
