Procurement Manager

Tillman FiberCo is building a network with future-forward technologies, systems and network architecture that will be ultimately capable of delivering 40Gbps+ to customers. We have an incredible opportunity for a Supply Chain Manager.

Requirements and Responsibilities

  • Manage all aspects of construction materials with suppliers to secure the best pricing.
  • Manage logistics and materials needed in support of TFC’s marketing and construction growth.
  • Analyzing market pricing, MSA's, scheduling, purchase orders, and right sizing proper inventory levels to support TFC goals.
  • Identify and secure construction yards in all markets and clusters.
  • ERP Sitetracker/Salesforce system experience in managing day to day supply chain processes.
  • Support outsourced vendor and supplier management responsible for ensuring consistent high quality and standardized operations, contracted service level agreements are being followed, priorities are set and are being held accountable for deliverables.
  • Lead and manage cross functional team to ensure alignment on materials sourced, lead time expectations, price competitiveness, and accurate inventory placement.
  • Leverage operational key performance indicators and metrics to partner with quality team to drive improvements resulting in increased customer experience and reduction in costs. Support focuses on improvement in inventory, production management, transportation, and cost.
  • Monitor contractor performance and manage issue resolution/escalation process.
  • Supplier rationalization - develop transition strategy from current contractor footprint to optimal footprint.
  • Draft, evaluate, negotiate, and execute contracts.
  • Establish and maintain supplier relationships by serving as a single point of contact for contractual matters for the area of responsibility.
  • Manage record-keeping for all contract-related correspondence and documentation.
  • Provide contract-related issue resolution, both internally and externally.
  • Monitor and complete contract close-out, extension, or renewal, as appropriate.
  • Communicate contract-related information to all stakeholders.
  • Manage invoicing to ensure correct pricing, terms and conditions, and payment is accurate and on time
  • Manage BOM creation and execution process between Tillman Fiber and Suppliers for accurate record keeping and BOM execution.
  • Manage supplier inventory process accuracy within Sitetracker ERP system to ensure accurate record keeping.
  • Improve the efficiency of supply operations by managing correspondence and contact with suppliers.

What we are looking for

  • Bachelor’s Degree preferred.
  • Minimum Five (5) years of experience Construction Management
  • Minimum Five (5) years of experience using Sitetracker ERP tool
  • Must possess strong Microsoft Excel and Powerpoint skills.
  • Experience collaborating with internal/external teams and vendors.
  • Forward thinking and analytical skills.
  • Effectively function in a fast paced and fast changing environment.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to implement process improvements.
  • Ability to handle multiple projects and deadlines.
  • Ability to maintain accurate records.
  • Ability to identify and understand complex problems/issues and develop solutions.
  • Ability to manage multiple commitments simultaneously.
