UKG Dimensions Consultant

We are currently seeking an experienced and motivated individual to be our next UKG / Kronos Dimensions Solution Consultant and join our growing team headquartered in Chicago, IL. This position is fully remote.

Key Responsibilities:

Consult with clients to understand their business requirements and translate them into UKG Dimensions solutions

Configure UKG Dimensions to meet client needs, including creating custom fields, reports, and workflows

Conduct testing and quality assurance to ensure successful implementation

Provide training and support to clients on UKG Dimensions functionality and best practices

Develop project plans and manage project timelines and budgets

Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales, marketing, and product development, to drive customer success and identify opportunities for growth

Key Requirements:

Experience in UKG Dimensions required

Strong knowledge of UKG Dimensions modules. Preferred modules experience in: Advanced Scheduler, Forecasting, Activities, Attendance

Ability to manage multiple projects and stakeholders simultaneously

Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work in a fast-paced environment

Experience with project management tools and methodologies, such as Agile or Waterfall, is a plus.
