Please note the schedule is flexible: Part-time (3 days a week) and Full-time(4-5 days a week) Workdays are Monday-Fridays No Weekends
Who we are:
MH7, Medical Housecalls 7 has been changing lives by delivering mobile medical care to geriatric patients in the valley for almost 14 years to elderly patients who cannot access primary care because they experience barriers in navigating or access medical care. We currently offer mobile primary care, mobile podiatry and mobile psychiatry to our geriatric patients.
Our MH7 providers travel to see underserved, geriatric patients IN-Person inside assisted-living communities, assisted-living facilities and a few private residences within an assigned territory near the provider’s home. Even though MH7 sees adults, the average age of the MH7 patient is 86 years-old. If you have a special place in your heart for the elderly, we are the company for you.
Positions available:
MH7 is looking for Board Certified Physicians Assistants and Nurse Practitioners who have the passion to serve the elderly and vulnerable who are unable to access primary care.
- Part-Time (3 Days a week) and Full-Time positions are available M-F
- Locations: Valleywide: (Multiple territories available such as Avondale/Goodyear, Peoria/Glendale, Scottsdale/Phoenix, Mesa/Gilbert, Maricopa/ San Tan Valley)
- This is an in-person position where you travel to the patient's location.
- Experience preferred but not required. We have 2 teaching physicians who can train and or assist you if you need help.
Many of our current providers left the hospital or clinical setting to come join our team because:
- our systems will show you how to minimize charting time so you can have more free time.
- our system we will show you how to make more money than the industry standard through incentives
- excellent flexibility work-life balance for working parents/single parents
- we have a supportive office where ALL administrative work (referrals, labs, orders, prior authorizations etc) is done by the Medical Assistants. Our providers do not waste hours sending referrals, ordering labs or sending orders. We do that for them
- they see half the volume of patients they would see in a clinic Our providers see an average of 8-10 patients daily which allows for better patient care and improved patient outcomes.
- there is no corporate micromanaging We offer incredible support to our providers while fostering independence.
- they have full autonomy on how to practice. We fully support our providers' discretion and full autonomy in practicing medicine.
- MH7 continues to grow while other companies are going out of business
