Adult & Child Health is an integrated healthcare provider in Central Indiana. We are a Certified Community Behavioral Health Center and a Federally Qualified Health Center look alike; we strive to provide the best in healthcare services. Providing high-quality, affordable care including primary care, behavioral health services, substance abuse treatment, mobile crisis response, community-based services, homeless outreach, school-based treatment, and more.


About this role: Assist in regular and preventative maintenance and safety inspections to support Adult & Child facilities while providing a welcoming atmosphere for our clients.


The Location and hours: A&C is based in Central Indiana. The core working hours for this role are Monday through Friday, 8 AM to 5 PM. However, on-call duties and weekend work may be required as needed.


Responsibilities include but not limited to:

  • Contribute to the maintenance and upkeep of Adult & Child facilities and properties.
  • Provide support for clinical operations (Ensure the confidentiality of clients and staff).
  • Maintain the grounds and landscaping of all facilities.
  • Assist with housekeeping and custodial services and necessary safety inspections at Adult & Child facilities.
  • Aid in the maintenance of company vehicles.
  • Offer support for other entities owned by Adult & Child.
Requirements:

  • High School Diploma or Equivalent.
  • Previous relevant experience is required.
  • Experience with basic hand tools and power tools is required.
  • Experience in electrical and plumbing is preferred.
  • Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office and email is preferred.
  • Must hold a valid driver's license with acceptable driving record and provide own, insured, transportation.
  • Must be dependable, flexible, trustworthy, and able to work independently while also working collaboratively on a larger team.
