Title: IT Procurement Manager - Montvale, Hybrid Opportunity

W2 only

We are hiring an experienced IT Procurement Manager to join our team at our Corporate Headquarters in Montvale, NJ. This is a hybrid opportunity requiring onsite presence at least 3 days a week.

Responsibilities:

  • Oversee the company's sourcing capabilities and supply chain.
  • Manage the lifecycle of contracts, working with indirect buyers to identify contract requirements.
  • Ensure contracts are accurate and meet internal legal team requirements.
  • Collaborate with indirect buyers and legal team, ensuring quality and priorities.
  • Manage indirect procurement activities and project-based programs for contracts, including amendments, renewals, and acquisitions.
  • Support communication between key stakeholders and Core System Vendors for system implementation and optimization.
  • Identify areas for process improvement and foster strategic relationships with business areas.
  • Manage our Contract Management tool.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Purchasing, Materials Management, Business Administration, Public Administration, Finance, or related field.
  • Extensive knowledge of contract principles and procedures.
  • Excellent organizational and attention to detail skills.
  • Strong administrative and communication skills, proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel or similar software.
  • Experience with digital cloud-based software for maintaining contractual records.
  • Experience with Ironclad, our contract management tool, is preferred.
