Our environment thrives on quick sales processes, designed to keep you moving and successful, visiting multiple locations each day. With Squeegee Squad of Wichita, you benefit not only from an attractive earnings package but also from comprehensive support and training, making it easy for even those with no previous experience to start and excel promptly.

Duties and Responsibilities
  • Quickly and effectively conduct in-person visits to potential clients, presenting the cleaning services offered by Squeegee Squad.
  • Manage daily sales targets, aiming to meet or exceed them through effective client interaction and sales tactics.
  • Maintain accurate records of all sales and prospecting activities including sales calls, presentations, closed sales, and follow-up activities.
  • Identify and exploit business opportunities in the Wichita and surrounding areas to maximize sales and revenue.
  • Utilize company-provided marketing materials and strategies to form compelling pitches that lead to successful sales.
  • Participate in continuous training sessions to improve sales techniques and enhance product knowledge.
  • Remain knowledgeable about market and industry trends, competitor activities, and potential for new products and services.
Requirements
  • Must possess a valid driver’s license to travel to and from sales locations.
  • Professional appearance to represent the company positively in a business environment.
  • Reliable personal transportation suitable for daily work commuting and client visits.
  • Availability to work Monday through Friday, 9 AM to 5 PM, allowing full dedication to sales activities.
  • Effective communication skills, with proficiency in presenting and negotiating.
  • Desire and ability to engage in quick sales that typically last no more than 5 minutes.
  • Capability to quickly learn and adapt, leveraging training and tools provided by the company.
