ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:

  • Answer phones, respond to questions, comments, emails of potential and current tenants.
  • Responsible for processing incoming and outgoing mail
  • Inspect models and vacant units, communicate related service needs to Property Manager/Building Operations Manager.
  • Complete renewal leases for distribution, inspect that they are returned complete and after they are signed by property manager: scan, and file.
  • Thorough knowledge of lease terms, specifications and all community policies.
  • Fully informed of current rental rates.
  • Develop full knowledge of application information required, screening processes and policies regarding rentals.
  • Maintain prospect management and engagement to include processing rental applications and status updates.
  • Courteous, efficient handling of resident requests and complaints.
  • Responsible for maintaining a professional appearance and attitude at all times.
