Job Description
Lead preparation and execution of daily specials ? Prepares food items prior to cooking. ? Prepares food portions and presentations according to policies and procedures. ? Demonstrates safe food handling procedures with special emphasis on critical control. ? Maintains consistently high cleanliness of work and storage areas. Works as breakfast or short order cook as needed. Cooks all foodstuffs in quantities according to menu and number of persons being served. ? Follows all menus and menu cycles. Prepares recipes that adhere to food costs and quality standards. Helps controls overproduction, waste, and theft of all products.
Qualifications
- 3-years minimum experience as Lead cook or kitchen manager or Sous Chef
- Strong communication skills, English fluent
- Great leadership
- Decision making skills
