YOUR LIFE AS A PIZZA CHEF:

This full-time food service position at our restaurant typically involves working a 5-day work week, including evenings. Weekend availability is a requirement.

As a Pizza Chef, you will play a pivotal role in preparing and baking our mouthwatering pizzas. Your responsibilities will include:

• Preparing ingredients, stretching dough, and baking pizzas in our Italian wood-fired ovens
• Adhering to our standard recipes and accommodating special dietary requests
• Memorizing menu items, understanding abbreviations, and ensuring visually appealing presentations
• Collaborating with our take-out and main dining teams to ensure prompt order completion
• Operating kitchen equipment safely and efficiently while adhering to food production codes
• Maintaining impeccable cleanliness and sanitation practices by cleaning kitchen equipment, utensils, and appliances
• Finding immense satisfaction in crafting delicious pizzas that bring joy to our valued customers

WHAT WE NEED FROM YOU:

• Comprehensive food knowledge
• Proficiency in kitchen equipment and cooking techniques
• Professional experience in cooking from scratch using locally sourced, high-quality ingredients
• Previous experience working in a fine-dining restaurant is preferred
