Global C2 Integration Technologies is looking for talented and enthusiastic engineering staff with a talent for creative coding and information design to work on application development, data analytics, cloud stacks, and enterprise architectures. As a Software Engineer specializing in cloud-based, service-oriented development, you will be responsible for working on the implementation of advanced analytics and collaborative solutions to support the Department of Justice (DOJ) International Criminal Investigative Training Assistance Program (ICITAP) Global Integration Support (GIS) program. Your role will involve designing, developing, and deploying services to enhance the effectiveness and efficiency of law enforcement investigative efforts in countering terrorism.
Key Qualifications:
- Ability to do rapid prototyping based on demonstrated fluency in multiple operating environments.
- Experience with J2EE, Java, C#, and scripting languages.
- Working knowledge of utilizing Open-source technologies such as Apache Heron, Ignite, Zookeeper, Kafka, etc.
- Excellent conceptual and strategic thinking skills with impeccable attention to detail.
- Knowledge of unit testing.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong collaborative and brainstorming skills.
- Both self-motivated and responsive to direction.
Requirements:
- Willingness and ability to obtain and/or maintain a US Government Top Secret clearance (Reference Executive Order 12968, requiring current US Citizenship for security clearance eligibility)
- Agreeance on completing a pre-employment drug screening and background check
Education:
- Computer Science, Engineering, or related fields
