Role Description
This is a contract role for an AllScripts Trainer based in Los Angeles, CA. The AllScripts Trainer will be responsible for conducting training sessions on AllScripts software to healthcare professionals. They will oversee the implementation and optimization of AllScripts systems, provide technical support, and assist with troubleshooting and resolving user issues. The AllScripts Trainer will also develop training materials and documentation.

Responsibilities:

• Proficiency in Allscripts EMR system with a minimum of 4+ years of hands-on experience.
• Conduct comprehensive training sessions for medical staff on AllScript EMR system functionalities and workflows.
• Strong communication and presentation skills with the ability to convey complex concepts in a clear and understandable manner.
• Provide ongoing support and guidance to users, troubleshooting issues and optimizing system utilization.
• Experience in developing training materials and delivering engaging training sessions.
• Understanding of healthcare workflows and regulations, with a focus on optimizing EMR usage to improve patient care.
• Certification in Allscripts EMR administration or training is a plus.
