We are committed to creating memorable dining experiences for our guests by serving high-quality, flavorful dishes. We are seeking a skilled Broiler/Grill Chef to join our dynamic culinary team.

Responsibilities:


  • Prepare and cook a variety of grilled and broiled dishes according to our high standards.
  • Ensure that all food items are prepared and presented in accordance with our recipes and quality standards.
  • Monitor and maintain the broiler/grill station to ensure it operates efficiently during service.
  • Work closely with the kitchen team to ensure that all orders are prepared in a timely manner.
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of the grill area, including proper handling and storage of food products.
  • Monitor food inventory and communicate any needs or discrepancies to the Executive Chef.
  • Ensure that all food safety and sanitation standards are adhered to in accordance with local regulations and hotel policies.
  • Assist in the development of new menu items and contribute ideas for special dishes or seasonal offerings.
  • Train and mentor junior kitchen staff, ensuring they adhere to best practices in food preparation and safety.
Qualifications:


  • Proven experience as a Broiler/Grill Chef or in a similar role in a high-volume kitchen.
  • Strong knowledge of grilling and broiling techniques, including the ability to cook meats, poultry, and seafood to the desired temperature and texture.
  • Ability to work under pressure and maintain composure in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality dishes.
  • Understanding of food safety, sanitation, and kitchen organization.
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills.
  • Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required.
