Position Overview:
We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Board Certified Assistant Behavior Analyst (BCaBA) to join our team. The BCaBA will work under the supervision of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to design and implement individualized treatment plans for clients. The ideal candidate will have a strong commitment to helping children achieve their full potential and a passion for working in a collaborative, supportive environment.
Location: Fort Worth, Texas or surrounding area
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in the development and implementation of individualized ABA treatment plans.
- Conduct assessments and collect data on client progress.
- Provide direct ABA therapy to clients, ensuring fidelity to treatment plans.
- Train and supervise Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) and other support staff.
- Collaborate with families, caregivers, and other professionals to support client goals.
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation of client sessions and progress.
- Participate in team meetings and ongoing training to enhance professional skills.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Education, or a related field.
- Board Certified Assistant Behavior Analyst (BCaBA) certification required.
- Minimum of 1 year of experience working in ABA therapy, preferably with children with autism.
- Strong understanding of ABA principles and behavior intervention strategies.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment.
- Proficient in data collection and analysis.
- CPR and First Aid certification preferred.
