FabricAir is looking for a Technical Sales Developer to join our team and expand our reach in the USA. If you're skilled in sales, understand technical concepts, and enjoy engaging with engineers and architects, we want to meet you.

Your Impact and Responsibilities

As a Technical Sales Developer at FabricAir, you'll play a critical role in generating and nurturing leads, promoting our innovative HVAC ventilation products, and establishing relationships with key industry players.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Lead Generation: Identify and nurture leads within the HVAC industry, using tools like Lead Inbox, Spec Logger, Insight, and others to maintain accurate contact information in our CRM PipeDrive.
  • Outreach and Meetings: Make outbound calls, send emails, and use other communication methods to engage with engineers, architects, and key decision-makers. Your role involves setting up initial meetings to introduce our products and articulate their unique value. You'll also participate in these meetings to ensure a smooth transition of the relationship to our Territory Sales Managers.
  • Data Management: Maintain accurate records of all customer interactions, providing regular reports and updates on lead generation activities.
  • Internal Collaboration: Work closely with the Sales and Marketing teams, sharing insights and aligning lead generation efforts with overall strategies.

You have a strong sense of overview and excel at prioritizing and creative problem-solving. You enjoy learning new things and mastering domain-specific areas. A positive, optimistic attitude with a focus on results is key.

To be successful in this role, you should have:

  • A minimum of 3 years of technical sales experience, preferably in the HVAC industry.
  • Proficiency in lead management tools like Lead Inbox, Spec Logger, Insight, and CRM systems.
  • Excellent communication skills, with a proactive approach to outreach and meeting scheduling.
  • A collaborative mindset, with the ability to work effectively with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, ensuring accurate data management.
