Role: Design Property Coordinator

Department: Property Management
Reports to: Director of Property Management 
Job Type: Full-time
Compensation: Competitive, based on experience
Location: Des Moines, Iowa

SUMMARY

As our Property Coordinator, you'll champion the success of our Des Moines Iowa properties, ensuring they shine and prosper. From designing common areas to coordinating lawn care, your work will uphold the highest standards of property management. We're looking for someone who takes pride in their work and is devoted to the success of our portfolio.

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Uphold Property Standards: Maintain the appearance and functionality of shared spaces and exteriors, including landscaping.
  • Contribute to Strategic Planning: Assist in shaping goals and strategies for the property portfolio.
  • Promote Sustainability: Introduce energy-saving and eco-friendly practices to reduce costs and impact.
  • Cultivate a Positive Work Culture: Foster a supportive and encouraging environment among staff.
  • Represent the Company: Attend industry events and networking functions.

REQUIREMENTS

  • Strong Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Technical Proficiency: Comfortable using Google Suite and Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.
  • Problem-Solving: Strong decision-making and problem-solving abilities.
  • Time Management: Effective multitasking and time management skills.
  • Experience: Prior property management experience is a must.
  • Transportation: Valid driver's license and reliable vehicle.
